Our Team
Chris Will is a graduate of the S.U.N.Y. College of Environmental Science and Forestry and has over 13 years of experience in log and timber procurement. He founded Central Kentucky Forest Management to give private landowners better access to science-based forest management. Christopher combines practical industry knowledge with a strong silvicultural background to help landowners achieve their goals.
Russ Beshear is from Princeton, KY, and a 2025 graduate of the University of Kentucky’s Forestry program. He grew up around the hardwood industry, with his family owning and operating a sawmill. Russ brings both academic training and practical experience to his forestry work. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and spending time outdoors.
